The space now houses Olympia Provisions Northwest. Standouts included gazpacho shrimp cocktail, chicken with preserved lemons and couscous, and grilled radicchio. The Hideaway closed in 2007 (and briefly became an upscale sex club!). When this elegant Pearl District restaurant opened in 2006, the initial reviews were terrible, and much was made about how the food played second fiddle to the atmosphere. I also really like that they support our local policemore. The restaurant side of the operation was basic seafood and steaks, with a few Cajun touches.
